Our deck building experts use superior materials and their expert craftsmanship to build a high quality deck that you can be proud of. We’ve built a variety of different decks ranging in color, style, and shape to match the needs and tastes of our customers. If you’ve been dreaming of a gorgeous new deck, we can make it a reality.

Composite Decking

When building a deck, the material being used is one of the most important aspects to consider. More and more, people are choosing to use composite decking as opposed to traditional wood for their decking material. The reason for this choice is because of the many advantages that composite decking offers.
What is it?

Composite decking is a deck material made from wood composites. These wood composites are typically made from wood fibers combined with a variety of different plastics.

Real Wood Appearance

Composite decking has come a long way and is now nearly indistinguishable from actual wood. Manufacturers like Trex and Azek have been able to simulate the grain, textures, and colors of real wood cut from trees. In addition, they can emulate a larger variety of different woods without having to find the trees that produce them.

Low Maintenance
Decks made from composite require significantly less maintenance than traditional decks. They will stand up to the elements better and will not suffer rotting or fading that real wood does. Additionally, there is no need to paint or stain a deck, which will save you a lot of time in the long run.
Safer

With composite decking, you can rest assured that you and your children won’t suffer the dreaded splinters associated with regular wood. Also, composite decking is slip-resistant, so bumps on the knees and head will be significantly limited.

Railing Systems

In addition to our excellent decks, we also can build coordinating railing systems. We’ll take into account the style and colors of your home in conjunction with those of your deck to design and construct an appropriate and enhancing set of railings. While some builders may overlook details like these, the significance of a proper railing system is not lost on us. At Archway Remodeling, we believe that every part of the deck is important and that the rails provide a necessary accent to the project as a whole.

Handicap Accessibility
If you or a loved one is disabled, we can accommodate their needs as well. We build wheelchair accessible ramps and other handicap-friendly features that match and enhance your deck. Everyone should be able to enjoy your deck, regardless of physical limitations. A deck can do so much for your home. It can provide a place to hang out, to eat meals, and something amazing to look at. Whatever your reason for getting a deck, Archway Remodeling can provide you with the deck design and construction services that you need.
